1 User Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information (Full Name, Email, Mobile Number).
• Each registered account is strictly for individual, non-transferable personal use. Account sharing across multiple users, institutes, or commercial entities is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

2 Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on SafalExam — including HD video lectures, question banks, mock test papers, AI solution explanations, daily current affairs summaries, logo, layout, design, and graphics — is the exclusive intellectual property of SafalExam and protected under Indian Copyright laws:

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view content for personal exam preparation only.
• You may NOT record, download, screen-capture, reproduce, distribute, re-sell, publish, or broadcast any course material or test questions on Telegram, YouTube, WhatsApp, or any third-party website.

3 Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following activities on the Platform:

• Using automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or extraction tools to harvest test questions or user data.
• Attempting to bypass access controls, payment locks, or security features.
• Using offensive, abusive, or spam language in support requests or discussion forums.
• Any activity that disrupts or overloads our servers or payment gateway infrastructure.

4 Mock Test & Evaluation Rules

• Mock test timers start automatically upon clicking "Start Test". Pausing is available only where explicitly enabled.
• Scoring rules (positive marks, negative marks for incorrect options, cutoff predictions) follow official exam pattern specifications.
• AI performance analytics and percentiles are calculated based on peer performance and algorithmic models for diagnostic feedback.

5 Pricing, Purchases & Payment Processing

• All prices listed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed through secure authorized payment gateways (Razorpay/Cashfree/Paytm). SafalExam does not store payment card credentials.
• Course and test series access is granted instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.

6 Account Termination

SafalExam reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in piracy, share credentials, or participate in fraudulent transaction activities, without prior notice or refund entitlement.
